Antes de empezar a lanzar hachas como un/a auténtic@ guerrero/a, necesitamos que rellenes este formulario.

Recuerda: ¡lanzar hachas es seguro, pero solo si jugamos con responsabilidad!

DECLARO QUE:

1. He leído y entendido las NORMAS DE USO Y SEGURIDAD (Normas de la Casa) para el acceso, uso y permanencia en el local HACHALAND.
2. Acepto dichas normas y autorizo las grabaciones de las cámaras dentro de las instalaciones.
3. Me declaro responsable del cumplimiento de las normas.
4. Acepto que seré responsable de los desperfectos o daños producidos por uso negligente o indebido de las instalaciones. Abonaré los costes de reparación si se generan por mal uso.
5. Entiendo que el incumplimiento de estas normas supondrá la finalización inmediata de la actividad, sin derecho a reembolso, tanto para mí como para mi grupo.
6. En caso de conducta inadecuada o uso indebido, el personal podrá finalizar la actividad y pedirme que abandone las instalaciones.
7. Hachaland podrá tomar fotos del local y de los usuarios durante la actividad y publicarlas en redes sociales, evitando primeros planos sin consentimiento verbal.
8. Declaro haber leído, entendido y aceptado todos los puntos del presente documento y asumo la responsabilidad de su cumplimiento.

I HEREBY DECLARE THAT:

I have read and understood the RULES OF USE AND SAFETY (“House Rules”) for accessing, using, and remaining on the HACHALAND premises.
I accept these rules and authorize the use of security cameras on-site.
I take full responsibility for following the rules.
I understand that I will be held liable for any damage caused by negligent or improper use of the facilities, and I agree to cover the cost of repairs if applicable.
I acknowledge that failure to comply with the rules may result in the immediate termination of the activity, without a refund—both for me and my group.
In the case of inappropriate behavior or misuse, staff may end the activity and ask me to leave the premises.
Hachaland may take photos of the venue and its participants during the activity, and share them on social media—avoiding close-ups without verbal consent.
I declare that I have read, understood, and accepted all points in this document and take full responsibility for complying with them.
